Which ISDN ISP to Use?

Im soon going to change to upgrade my line from 56k to isdn 64k. I was wondering which isp would be best and affordable to use. Im looking for an isp that can provive me with a stable 64k connection for under R100.

Can anyone of u guys advise or recomend one
