Which ISP does not use Liquid Telecoms?

So thought it was a good idea to move from Telkom as my ISP to Axxess due to customer support and downtime as well as pricing etc. but seems like it wasn't a good choice. In November our internet was down 2-3 times due to the ddos etc there were facing. If you try and contact axxess the line is always busy as well during these downtimes.

I saw people talk about how Afrihost/ Axxess use liquid telecoms and that may relate to the the issue.
Is there any ISP where this downtime wont be an issue. I think afrihost dropped liquid telecoms but I see they are having the same problem.

Or who uses anyone either than liquid telecom?

Webafrica uses Liquid Telecom, so stay away. WebAfrica was affected by the DDOS but not as much as other ISP's in my experience. With WebAfrica I always get great speeds but the latency is brutally unstable.
