which isp has lowest ping when connecting to asian server?

i know telkom uses SAFE, but at moment , pings are bad when connecting to asian. and poor serverice is driving me mad, poorly trained people works in internet support. which dont even know what is undersea cable.

someone please let me know, i have tried mweb and afrihost, the latency to uk is good, but not when connectiong to asian, because they use west africa coast cables, i think.

Your best bet is probably Neotel.

Telkom uses SAFE for lower latency to Asia, as well as additional capacity in the event of failure on a different cable system.

Unfortunately, there have been a few faillures (WACS, EASSy) in the past few weeks, and latency to Asia would be badly affected during these failures.

As far as I know, additional bandwidth is being provisioned, but this takes a few weeks.
