Which ISP/package should I go for?

Hi guys

I am relatively new here. I want to upgrade my current 384 line with openweb to something a lot quicker. At the moment I get download speeds of 30k/s on torrents. If I increase it to a 1mb or 4mb line, what speeds should I expect? I do not intend using more than 20gb a month. Which ISP will best suit my needs for watching streaming sport as well as downloading content? Budget is around R700 for line rental + ISP.
