Afrihost, hands down. Been with 'em for a decade now and the support is solid, when there is a (rare) problem.

Afrinatic and Afriman can sort out pretty much anything if you ask them for help here too.

I just signed up with Afrihost and so far i am happy with the process and the support to date.
Good customer service and glad that i am dealing with them instead of useless WebAfrica who transfer you from agent to agent while not helping you.

As someone whose new to the forum I signed up just for help with my fiber and can tell you from my experience I'd go for Afrihost. I was helped in such a quick time even after I was connected, needed help with something else and was helped in 5 minutes. You cannot go wrong with Afrihost

Go with @RocketNet-Rep I say good Support is when you don't have to speak to a Human. I have no issues with Internet and have not logged any Service Request for Internet issues. Very happy with the Internet I get from Rocketnet.
