Which isp to go with for a capped or uncapped package?

By the way the guy who told me to check out openweb I'm not sure how I've missed it but I've checked now they have a promo R130 for uncapped data and it states 'no throttling' but it is shaped which I'm fine with does anyone have an account with them?

Just google this forum for Openweb. Stay away. Far far FAR away.
 
I chose vox and I have never been so happy with an isp before besides when CW was good in durban holy crap 7ms local ping and 165ms to a EU server
