Which ISP to use for business?

Hi All

I am currently using Isat as my business ISP. Their support is pathetic. We then had a disastrous attempted move to Web Africa where our static IP addresses clashed with existing static IP addresses (not ours) and our connection was VERY inconsistent. After 5 days of WA trying to fix the problem, I pulled the plug and am back with Isat, but desperate to move.

Any good recommendations on an excellent ISP with excellent support and that can support static IP addresses? We will use a business uncapped account on a 2Meg line.

We have 14 MWEB business uncapped lines around the country for general browsing and they fly. A number of the lines are synching above 4MB and we are getting full line speed. The fail over definitely works as we had zero problems when Seacom went down today. I think our record is about 800GB one month. We have never had any problems with large downloads over ssl or vpn.

We used to be on IS business uncapped which was useless and always having issues.

We also used to have Vox fishbone but that was a complete waste of time. It never seemed to perform better than a single line and at the time the costs where horrendous. As an ISP they were OK but we have found the support from Mweb far superior.

have a look at at www.kawuleza.com.

we went onto their 4Mbit business uncapped unshaped recently, to replace our ADSL (upload speed is just too slow on ADSL for business use).
They basically use an Internet Solutions business uncapped data bundle, delivered to you via Point to Point Wifi.

We did have 2 connection incidents, the first being scheduled tower upgrade in the late afternoon (6-7pm). The second was an interference problem at the highsite, which their resolved while I was on the phone reporting the problem.

We had no outages during the recent Seacom and SAT3 difficulties.

They will give a 5 day trial and service is month to month.

Client of mine runs on MWEB business capped (50GB), with 3 or 5 static IP's - not terribly sure, but it's been a dream for them coming from IS which was _constantly_ down and/or incredibly slow.

They stream a live webcam and use it for VOIP (4mb line), as well as an in-house mail server and have no issues. About 10-15 users.
