Which ISP's offers CAPSAVER option

I signed up with Cybersmart again thinking they will have improved with their service, but i guess i was wrong. Im cancelling with them right now.

Which other ISP offers the capsaver option ?

CAPSaver meaning? Is that where they allow you to carry over your remaining bandwidth to the next month?

Just go with a prepaid option like from www.axxess.co.za their 1gig prepaid shaped costs R69 per gig, and you have 12 months to use it in.

Also they notify by sms and email when you are aproaching the end of it so you have time to topup before you get cut off.

I speak under correction here, but I think SAINET was bought over by Cybersmart some time back.
Different brands and different teams I suppose, but still one big family
