Which meal do you skip the most?

Usually breakfast. After a cup of black coffee, I don't really have an appetite...
 
Depends on how late I wake up, since waking up around 7, breakfast most recently, but then I move lunch to around 10-11am.
Most of the time don't skip though.

I always make time for lunch, makes me get up out of my chair, usually do some exercise while waiting for food to cook.
 
I've been practicing intermittent fasting for the last 5 years and sometimes I go days without eating,

I am insulin resistant, hence my body needs to run on ketones most of the time.
Whenever I go back to eating any carbohydrates I want to snack like mad.
 
None ever.

At worst I’ll have a late breakfast on a slow morning especially now when working from
home, but I can’t leave the house without it.

Lunch might be earlier or later depending on the flow of a day but it will always happen somewhere between 12-3.

And dinner is always a proper meal except for Sundays where it can be a simple toasted cheese or some such.
 
Do you find yourself regularly skipping a meal? If so, which one? (traditionally breakfast, lunch or dinner but there's room for more)
The most important one. Used to cope well when a lot younger but now if I miss breakfast I run out of steam by 10am and get dizzy.

Eat breakfast: Hungry again at 10:30.
Skip breakfast and I sometimes need to remind myself to each lunch.

Yip that is my, if I eat only fat and Protein for breakfast then I don't need to eat much during the day, but add sugar to my coffee and by 12 I am so hungry that I cannot think.
