The most important one. Used to cope well when a lot younger but now if I miss breakfast I run out of steam by 10am and get dizzy.Do you find yourself regularly skipping a meal? If so, which one? (traditionally breakfast, lunch or dinner but there's room for more)
Tramadol? Heh that stuff will kill you for days. Would not recommend, NSFL. Don't get me started on the withdrawal symptomsFark me. Have you tried a SNRI or Tramadol? I recommend the latter.
