Well. Let's see.
Since it's my burner day on the forum from the selected members and selective mybb reps.

Have you ever been so hungry that you stop eating?

Why skip one meal if you have to skip them all?

Being sick this week. Not sleeping for 3 days and a first night sleep last night.
From Monday to today I've had a half plate worth of food.

Yay. Another post and reason to make something about myself. Life is grand!

Fark me. Have you tried a SNRI or Tramadol? I recommend the latter.

I only have 1 meal a day (heavy lunch at 1-2pm). Breakfast is oats/wholewheat porridge. Supper is usually very light - sometimes nothing at all. You do not need more calories than your body burns but be sure to include a ba;lanced lot of vitamins and minerals in your lunch. This is how I maintain a good physical form and health.
You only have one meal a day, but mention that you usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. You sure you not making a count mistake?

Nope. Makes me nauseous.
Ran out of head space meds and need a monthly injection. Was overdue for a week.

Had everything sorted yesterday.
Slept well.

Would have to say lunch , as an actual meal.
Breakfast is usually an apple Danish or a Syrup Doughnut and 2 cups of coffee, except for weekends when i make a point of having an actual Breakfast such as a full English or Kippers and eggs with toast and marmalade.
Supper is the main meal of the day for me.

I eat the whole day. In the evenings I'll have dinner and then spend the rest of the evening snacking right up to bedtime.

Skinny and can't seem to pick up any weight no matter what or how much I eat.

It's the best way to do it though.
Many dieticians swear by 6 small meals a day.

If you can't afford it though....

Two meals a day. First between 12-ish and 14:00. Dinner in the evening.

Supper. I mean I have a early supper like 4pm. Then maybe a light snack later like cottage cheese.

Good point. I meant one full complete meal at lunch. I don't count porridge or cereal as acomplete meal.

Technically it's my supper. Because there's no way possible to skip breakfast because by definition breakfast (break fast) is the first meal that you eat in a day.

My first meal is really around 12pm, eat lunch at 4pm and then I'm done , sometimes I skip lunch I have supper at 6pm

Most definitions of breakfast also include a reference to morning so that's what is being referred to in the OP. :)

For example:
1: the first meal of the day especially when taken in the morning.
2: Breakfast is the meal eaten in the morning.
3: a meal eaten in the morning as the first meal of the day.

Started intermittent fasting about 3 weeks ago - I eat lunch around 12 every day and sometimes dinner around 7-8pm if I feel like it.

Haven't eaten breakfast since I started IF.

Always start the day, with 4 slices buttered toast, and a cup of coffee. Eat lunch most days. Might or might not eat dinner, depending on how rough the day was.

:)

A day where you get burned for no apparent reason than being alive.
I actually had a good morning so far. Which isn't the norm. It was made possible by @Eric and his generous donation of a Chromecast after lightning fried mine.

Thanks Eric. You are an awesome guy.
Edit: morning/day. Lost track of time :p
