Which number to call?

I've been looking around and can't seem to find the right number.

I'd like to cancel my DO Broadband bundle and just keep the line rental, as well as keep my Telkom email with the R15 a month email service, all in a single call. Is it possible? And depending on that which number/s do I call?

I called 10219, the guy I spoke to told me he doesn't think I can retain my email with the R15 accounts, he says I'll have to cancel it and get a new email?!

That's like hitting the 'show balance' button in the hope that the amount in your account would have magically increased since the last time checked.
