Which one?

Hi there. I have a budget of R40000 and shortlisted the following cars for my daughter age 19. The Chev Spark 1.0ls,FORD KA, Hyundai Atos Prime and the Kia picanto 1.1 Lx. Which one will you recommend if you consider Fuel economy,Reliability,insurance,Safety and Maintenance cost.Thank you.

Out of the lot I would prob go with the Spark; its super frugal. All those cars are very small but that Spark; in that price range; is most likely the smallest of the lot.

R40k budget for something economical, safe, reliable, cheap to maintain and you aren't considering anything Japanese

The only jap car that i might consider is the tazz in that price range, but i don't like the shape and not very fuel efficient.
