Looking for a 3 or 4 in 1 with wifi what about the Epson L5190?
Want something with wifi printing I assume ink tank is the better option these days?
Do I need such a high spec or perhaps maybe a 3 in 1 as I don't need fax

Thanks guys for home and small office use

I have 5 Epson printer with blocked heads lying around here, have tried to unblock, but nothing works. Two of them are expensive photo printers, one is an A2 printer.

I won't buy Epson ever again.

Just saying !

I am now on my second Epson L382 and will not buy another non-ink tank printer ever again.
The first one lasted 1 year and 7 months with LOTS of printing, I think I finished 5 bottles of black and then some adhoc colours in between. One day it refused to feed paper, no matter what I tried. Poked around a bit, nothing. Eventually got down and dirty with it seeing if I can fix it. tinker, try, tinker, strip try. Eventually half the printer guts lies in front of me, some mechanisms I had to force open due to me not knowing any better. I eventually found a single staple deep in its belly. I looked at the mess in front of me and decided it is better to buy another one. Bough the exact same one and at about 2 years? and 3 bottles black and a cyan and blue? bottle later, it is still going strong. I do run some additional head-cleans if I see it needs it (misses some droplets) and then I'm good again.

The Epson eco tank is amazing and running cost is super low.

Oki MB472....the service that goes with it and you cant go wrong.

I love my Epson eco tank - have it for about 3 years now and still works 100%.

was checking the prices and they arent cheap
im also looking for one for home use especially now the kids are at home more for school/homework
was hoping something along the lines of +/- 1000/1500

Your best bet is to go for a Brother ink tank printer as they offer a 5 year warranty from 1 June which no other supplier provide.I got the HP ink tank 515 that came with 3 year warranty and is great with wifi printing.

Like other people said, Get a ink tank system yes you pay more upfront. When you are paying for R450 for just a black cartridge for a normal printer it adds up quickly.

eco tank it is then !
now to find one that doesnt break the bank

Stay away from HP and canon, biggest piles of rubbish on the market.

Go for OKI or Toshiba.

Game got an epson ink tank printer for R999 with 3 yr warranty. Won't get anything better at price point or warranty
