Which ram?

Which of these two ram kits are better? they cost almost exactly the same (R10 difference)

One seems to have lower latencies? Is that better? And lower voltages? Does that make a difference?

2nd link is the winner. Tighter timings, smaller numbers, equals better speed. Smaller voltage equals better overclocking potential. For a R10 difference it is a steal.

EDIT: It seems that the 2nd linked product is not sold anymore anywhere so your best bet is the 1st link.

Great. Another thing, my mobo only supports up to 800mhz ram. Is it possible to overclock that or something so i can use faster ram?

Definitely the second link. It will help speed things up a bit . Not too sure how your mb will react to higher ram frequencies but you don't really need to overclock the Ram and if you do your system might not boot if not enough voltage is applied . Try to keep them at their rated values since they are pretty fast already. Btw lower latency makes more of a difference than higher frequency.
