Which saves more petrol??

I have a live fuel reading on the MFD.
I use between 4-6l/100km highway driving at 120, it would be lower at 100kmph.
Urban driving, normal:
25l/100km - 1st gear
15l/100km - 2nd gear
10l/100km - 3rd gear

I would say highway is better, the highway is the only given in the calculation, urban would be amount of traffic, robots, stop streets, taxis and without the speed of the 16km distance makes the whole thing irrelevant.
 
I agree with Haldex (!! ;) )

Highway travelling is always going to be more economical than urban, unless you have a hybrid running on electricity in town! ;)
