Which SP for prepaid?

Now that both my Vodacom contracts have expired and I'm not in the market for new phones, I will be going prepaid. I've already decided that one will be Cell C due to their cheap data rates but I'm not sure which SP for the other.

Who would you suggest is ideal for prepaid ito call rates and BIS? Does Cell C still offer added free minutes every time you recharge? Does Vodacom offer free minutes every time you recharge? I heard a radio ad but I'm not sure which SP it was.

I got free minutes when I recharged with Vodacom but they were midnight to 5am or something silly

CellC all the way....you buy R15 you get R15 free for the weekend
You get 100mb for only R15!
With Vodascum you get 20mb for R12

Does 8ta offer free airtime/minutes? The BIS and free airtime are for the same phone, so Cell C seems the better option.
