Hi hi

Well i'm getting a SSD next week..but confused

With the big selection on the market :/ ...

Intel,kingston ,ocs,transcend???

Going for the 120gb ... So which one :)

I'm a little out of touch atm, but from the bits and pieces I gather the OCZ vertex 4 should be a strong contender. Maybe even the agility 4.

I am cheapskate so I got the agility 3 earlier this year, and even that made an unbelievable difference.

I've had a Samsung for four years and got an Intel 520 series now.

With the OCZ SSD's - make sure to upgrade the firmware before installing/formatting them!

I'd highly recommend the OCZ Vertex 4, but they're pretty pricey at this moment @ R1.5k for the 128GB one :(

Hmmm even on the net it's intel or ocs vertex 4..

Intel known for stability..but their a lil more expensive

Many are talking about the vertex 4 ..but better price

It is Corsair, rather than Crosair.

I would not go for the Corsair Force GT, since it uses a Sandforce controller, which has had a lot of firmware bugs, and its performance is highly dependent on the type of data you are using (conpressible vs noncompressible). The Vertex 4 uses a Marvel controller that is much more consistent, and so gives better overall performance, and also seems to be more reliable.

Ahh! Thank you :) ...
