Which Tapatalk version do you use?

I installed Android 5.0 Lollipop on my Nexus 5. I played around with some apps to see if they are compatible, but found that Tapatalk is not playing nicely - when I try to upload a picture (Insert Attachment) the app crashes. I am running Tapatalk Pro Version 4.6.2. It has the best UI layout for me. The Pro version is not available on the Play Store anymore and I didn't see the VIP version either. The latest is 4.9.4, but I hate the UI interface. I am in discussions with Yao Hu (at Tapatalk) and I will be sending him crash reports. In the meanwhile - what version of Tapatalk are you using and what do you think of 4.9.4?

EDIT: I am looking for the latest Pro version

Not sure I'll be able to help, but just my 2c. Coming from the ios version of tapatalk to the one I found on the play store (got a new android phone), I'd say I prefer the ios version. The UI just isn't good, and I can't find a way to change from say mybb to carbonite, without just pressing the back button until I get to the first menu. In other words, I can't just switch between forums from wherever I am
 
Yes, in 4.9.4, you have to go to the first screen and then click top right to access a list of all the forums you are subscribed to and then pick from the list.

Lol tapatalk is a joke. Why did they took away the Pro version? I'll be pissed if I paid for it again. The version I paid for got made free :sick:.

Yeah, it's so annoying. Why can't that menu be accessed anywhere in the app

It does yes, but the pro UI is just so much nicer for me. And besides, you can't get Pro from the Play Store anymore - only the version you have

You can set the default screen in the settings.

Edit: setting is called tab behavior.
 
I trying both now. Not sure how to get this vip thing going but other than that the newer version seems to load things faster.

Is it running smooth at your end? It could be negative-placebo (my version), but it would seem that 4.6.2 is smoother for me on both devices.

It's smoother than pro by a long shot my end. Going to back up pro then remove it today and see how it goes.
