Which Telkom local IPs are in the 41 range?

Some are 169... others are 41...

How do I tell if a 41... IP is local or blended?
 
I've seen mostly 165. IPs handed out on SAIX local-only connections. But it really depends which DSLAM you connect to as each has its own range.
 
41.144.x.x and 165.168.x.x is local

41.244.x.x is international [blended]

realised i didn't need to panic as the router shows it has been up for 3 days, And i can remember when i last did a reboot.
