Which to choose: S6 or Note 4

I'm admitedly not Samsungs biggest supporter but if your set on either of those handsets decide on which phones features you fancy.

Battery-Note 4
Camera-S6
Display-both are amazing
Build Quality-S6
Stylus-Note 4

No. I clearly said if none of that stuff matters, get the Samsung iPhone. There are people who buy phones for the most insane reasons. They are out there, I've met some of them. I don't know you of course but from past behavior I can guess you are one.

no brainer Note 4.

but that S6 edge is sexy as hell
 
I can list a few insane reasons I have heard:

"the iphone has better hardware"

"I want a physical keyboard"

"My hands are too big to use a note"

I am due for an upgrade now. I was looking at the same things as mentioned here, thinking about my options.
then I saw the G4
that leather back
that slight curve
the responsiveness of the camera
the photo comparisons between all the contenders I think the G4 wins.
Removable battery...

I am waiting for the G4, no matter how appealing the s6 or note are.

I know, just wanted to get the fight started again :D

I think international release will be June, and I believe (based on roll out of the G3) SA will be one of the first again. LG is really focusing on growing their market share in the growing economies.

lollipop was rolled out here before the US, so who knows right?

I have another contract up for upgrade in August, maybe I'll have a looksee at the LG. Don't think I'll get another Note.
 
G4 Dual Sim for me. Will be waiting.

I have a G3 Dual Sim at the moment, really great !

But I may skip a generation, the G3 Dual Sim does everything I could possibly want, and has the same screen res as the N4 and S6.

Also : Will never buy a single sim phone again. The N4 is available in Dual Sim, but not the S6 (as yet) or 6s.
 
Upgraded from the note 3 to note 4 few days ago and all I can say is wow. They have done a sterling job. I considered the S6 but to loose all that screen space would be terrible. Note all the way.

Can you elaborate on the reasoning behind that? According to the leaked info so far, no significant changes are coming except higher res on already super high res screen of Note 4...

Unless you want your LG to gather dust on the shelf after your upgrade, unfortunately there is no resale value for LG phones in SA.
 
I suggest that S6 will be the best until the obvious S7 arrival next year
