Which Ubuntu version to use on Intel Quad core Q9400

Hi, I can only see the regular version for i386 pc's and then theres the AMD version. Which one is better for my system?

The amd_64 version simply means it's for the new AMD's and for Intel DualCore, Core2 Duo and so on.
