I broke down and bought a bottle. I think it's slightly better than the normal one. Creamier mouthfeel, richer flavours, more vanilla and toffee flavours. Would be so much better at a slightly higher ABV. That being said, when the bottle is done, I won't replace.

I also think is slightly better than the standard one, being non-chill filtered I would have expected a higher ABV but anyway. Also wouldn't buy more but still enjoyable

Not the slightest burn or indication of how young this spirit is. Perfectly balanced and integrated. Ironroot and Texas does it again!
And absolutely amazing...smooth as buttery popcorn. With red fruit...maple syrup...saddle leather. Dried figs...

And that is not even the Committee release...which this year hs only 5% Additional ABV for 50% total.

I snagged the BizarreBQ at retail and heard it is much better so looking forward to it arriving.

I was at this show last year and have been hunting these for more than a year. Got them for an absolute steal when a Club Member won these on our FB auction and sold it to me for peanuts.
