White magistrate wins AA case..heeeha

This is good news!
AA should just give sombody with experience and skills comparable to the other applicants a small edge.
 
Hopefully this spurs on other white males to take this AA/BEE rubbish to the courts and win. Then, and only then might we see a change in the legislation.
 
He ordered that the existing criteria for short-listing of candidates be set aside, the posts be re-advertised and that the minister pay the legal costs.

Music to my ears !!! What a way to win a court case ! I just wish that the judge could also say : "and fire the idiots that did this !" :) !
