Who else fell ill this week (cold / flu / corona)? Symptom tracker thread

Me, had a very sore throat all night, hardly slept all night and kept waking up
was still sore when i got outta bed but now at 7:30am ar work it is feeling loads better

You're okay. Apparently as sneezing isn't one of the symptoms though I suppose if you couple covid with something else the virus will love you for providing the means to spread it far and wide with your propellant.

I started to get a chesty cough in the evenings and it started to get slightly worse, so before I it gets worse I rather nip it in the bud after all I'm going to be doing my shopping next week and if I have a fit of coughing there that's going to cause any eyeball.

So I go the doctor yesterday apart from some slight amounts a phlegm in my chest the only other symptoms was a slightly higher than normal bp and slightly sore throat

The doc took no chances gave me a pretty strong jab, I actually felt the effects of it on the short drive back home and turns out the meds he prescribed are pretty heavy too. I took them at 5 and was out cold before 6:30.

The doc wasn't playing around.

It's herpes, its been nice knowing you.
 
Also had some runny nose yesterday and took some meds. Today I feel much better just need to rest I guess. I will monitor the condition tomorrow. Been in quarantine for a week now, so I hope I didn't get the virus
 
I have sore throat and can feel my body temp creeping up. It could just be environmental effects but I heard some people have come into contact with someone who tested positive.

There's been a bit of a sore throat/slight temperature bug doing the rounds since last week - my partner and I both got it. I stayed home last Friday and was fine by Monday morning.
But I've heard of loads of cases of it in Joburg.

I think you're right. SO had a sore throat yesterday as well. She's fine this morning
