Im splitting my vote. National for the DA, COPE for provincial.

Anyone else going to split their vote?

Thought about that. But to be honest I still don't have a clue about which party/ies to vote for. They all have just as much appeal as a used condom :sick::sick:

Will see what my instinct says when I'm in the booth I guess :(

Def going to split here in Durbs. A certain DR MS must go. (I hope he does not read this, otherwise I'm fired-LOL)

I hate the idea of splitting my vote, I want to hold one party responsible, and therefore I will vote for one party and then do my best to biach slap them when they start sliding.

Everything that goes wrong in Durbs is blamed on him and his lack of leadership. Just check the news.
A google search will yield lots of info.

Edit: On my last interview I was asked if I have something personally against him as he regularly walks around our offices. I had to say no.(They probably don't want staff to get involved into "brawls" with him.

Not splitting my vote. Gonna vote DA for both. They will need all the support they can get if they want more than just the Western Cape... or even a stronger position to negotiate coalitions.

Is the Sutcliffe guy corrupt or something, never heard of him before.

Very orsm and idealistic way to vote if that how you choose to vote. I live in the Eastern Cape where COPE is going to make a serious dent into the ANC. I live here, I see the constant parties in town and loads of people walking around the COPE shirts.

I love what Hellen Zille stands for so she will totally get my national vote, but on the provincial level I am afraid the DA does not have enough support in this rural strong hold. The best I can hope to help in is to try take as much power away from the ANC as possible and give that power to whoever their biggest opposition in the province is.

On the municipal level I know my vote will help the DA than on the provincial level so I would vote for them again.

If I was in the Western Cape I would simply vote for the one party.

Think that's a thread entirely on its own. Lets just say, come to Durban, go to any pub and bring his name up in conversation.

I am going COPE for national, and IFP for Provincial here in KZN.

I really like Buthelezi, there's something about him that makes me believe that not all politicians are corrupt.

Living in the Eastern Cape. Will vote DA for National and COPE for Provincial.
