Who has the cheapest decoder right now?

Hey,

So we got a problem with our decoder... It's basically trying to scan but can't. Anyway to fix it will cost R350 and we gotta take it to Umhlanga.

We got the standard decoder so I was just thinking that it may be cheaper to buy it if someone is having a special. So... any idea who has the cheapest decoder?

You can get a new 1131 decoder for around R399, or you can get it fully installed for R499 (IIRC).
The 1131 is tiny & doesn't have a front channel number display

Had to get one of them for dual view. R599 at Makro but didn't use the installation. Was amazed at the size. Cool little decoder, fast and responsive. Pity about the lack of channel numbers LCD on the front as you say.
