Who here is this kind of paranoid?

1) Close net curtains, curtains and doors in your house, so that no one could see you from the outside (with binoculars or telescope) and spy on you and capture what your doing on your pc/tablet, and be able to see all the passwords you use

2) Make sure no other program is open when changing settings on your pc/tablet for fear of the other programs capturing your passwords

3) Make sure no other program is open, when using an internet browser on your pc/tablet to login to your online accounts, for fear of them capturing your passwords.

4) Make sure there is no camera, be it on a cellphone or standalone in the vicinity and especially not pointed at you when you are on your pc/tablet incase it captures a picture of your passwords, and sends it to the "bad" guys..

Not that kind no. But we do have someone here who thinks that basically all biology and medical science for the last 2 centuries are part of some kind of conspiracy. That's pretty damn paranoid if you ask me.
 
I know a lady in Bergvliet who is like this. She had a problem with her email and the solution was to delete her profile and re-load it. It took her 3 days to pluck up courage to give me the info so I could put it in for her. She thought I would take over her family's fortune if I had this data. In the end she had to go out of the room as she was being so irritating that I said I could not carry on with her hovering over me. When I finished she asked me at least 20 times whether I had read any of her emails. It was all family stuff, from her daughter in LA, nothing confidential at all.

Another person I know had her entire houses ceiling board replaced as she had heard that old houses had asbestos ceilings. No matter that hers were fibreboard, she wanted everything done over.

1) No, all my passwords are stored. If they aren't, they are masked anyway, so why bother?
2) Use Ubuntu; no need to worry
3) See (2)
