I am very unorganized and i procrastinate A LOT but i think one of my problems is that i dont have a set schedule/study timetable that i can follow, but problem is i cant create one either. can anyone lend some tips?

Search for Timetable templates, should give you an idea of where to start with one.

This thread looks awfully like procrastination in action.

"I really don't feel like writing the days of the week, a few times and activities so I'll ask online and mess around for a bit."

JUST GET OFF YOUR LAZY ARSE AND MAKE A TIMETABLE!

There, you can thank me later.

funny enough your right. the things is i dont know where to start.

What I did was put everything on my Google Calendar and sync it with my phone and Email clients. This means I constantly have alerts and updates in my face. I'm sure it could work for you too.

This was mostly done because I tend to forget little things, which if left unattended, turn into bigger things :)

Put in assignment due dates for a start, or test dates.

Put in subjects that you need to study - with highest priority first.

Then study! You gotta get that stuff into your head!
