Who is the cheapest

Which ISP is the cheapest for DSL. I'm with Mweb and they are going to offer an upgrade package at the end of the month - but I presume this will be monitored more stricktly. SO I'll rather have 2 ISP's and maybe sneak of a extra Gig's without them noticing.

As far as I know Telkom is the cheapest at R219. I stand to correction though.

The ISP's have nothing to do with monitoring the traffic. They are all reselling Telkom accounts - even MWEB. The 3 GIG cap is applicable to all ADSL accounts as they are all provided (currently) by Telkom.

I know that, but in the past I have managed to download 18GB before been capped. Unfortunatly I could only manage 4.7Gb this month. I presume Telskum would monitor the cap closer thatn other companies.

I was just surfing the web looking for a fast connection(stuck with only a isdn line) and I found this:
