I recently had a client who was having problems with his ADSL. I went there to check it out, and once logged in to the router and checked if things worked with my account details (which they did) I decided to check whether the acount usage had not exceeded the cap. I was hoping that the username would give me a clue as to who the ISP was, but no luck there. The client has no idea who the ISP is either (no comments
)...
the username ends in "@sa-adsl.co.za". Anybody know who the ISP is, so i can check on the ISP side what the problem with the account is.
