Which MS Desktop wireless are you using and which connection does it use 27MHz, 2.4Ghz or bluetooth? If you using the 2.4Ghz one does it works in BIOS?

Lots of USB mouse/keyboards don't work in BIOS, regardless of whether they are corded or wireless.

Think you'd need to do a BIOS update.

Good to keep an older PS2 keyboard lying around.
