Who is using Equalizer APO??

I know there are a couple of forumites using Equalizer APO in their audio systems. I currently use EQAPO with Bluetooth or a wired connection with my Windows 10 laptop as the source. I'm now considering using the DLNA server built into Win 10 to cast audio via Wi-Fi (via Chromecast or similar) , but I cannot establish whether EQAPO will see the receiver in order to apply the APO? Will the receiver show up under audio devices on Win 10 when networked?

Just a bump on this to see if I can get some assistance. I don't have a Chromecast and I'm reluctant to buy one if Equalizer APO cant't be used with it.

Anyone here with a Chromecast and EQ APO who could give it a bash?
