Which is a clear routing loop.

Who can I contact about fixing this? Email preferably as I do not want to call 10210

What were you tracing to, and are you sure that it was online at the time? Routing loops are often caused by a site being disconnected, and thus the routers are unable to deliver your packets to that site. If you're sure that the destination site is online, a traceroute from it to your server might be useful/interesting.

SAPO's website is a mess anyhow. If I go on to trace a parcel, 9 out of 10 times the page don't load. And its been like that for ever.
