wholesale broadband options?

For new ISPs, who can one approach for high speed international internet access (besides SAIX) at wholesale prices (assuming we have a VANS license of course) ?

Can anyone please provide advice ?

Are you looking for ADSL or 'proper' bandwidth? We can supply high-speed international fibre connectivity.

IS use sat and fibre (dsl just get sat only)...the big isps dont buy "bandwidth" from telkom they buy "pipes" ie a slice of the undersea cables etc and pay licensing fees

I am looking for international fibre connection - a LOT of it (and soon) ! I know its REALLY expensive, so I am trying to find the best price. My basic need is 150Mbps, but my real need is 600Mbps.

AFAIK they own a share (their own share, remember they are owned by MCI ) in the undersea cables. See:
