Who's having problems with their n8?

I have an upgrade due in Feb & i really want the N8. The problem is that theres lot of talk of the phone not being stable, rebooting or even dying completely.

I know that Rouxenator had a problem & got a replacement.

Is there any other N8 users around experiencing problems? Also, what dont you like about the phone?

PS : This is not a thread to compare Android (DHD Galaxy S) with the N8. I already know what the differences are, I really want to know what the N8 users dislike about the phone, thanks

...a friend who works at Mtn advised me to wait until this weekend as the 2nd batch of non defected devices will be settling in. Another advise was to probly wait until Jan cause the price might drop again, unless you planned to get it elsewhere.
