Clearly a question that only MTN can answer as the origin of the "Please call PHUMUZHO" message.
 
Looks like spam, but you might have signed up for it without even knowing about it...
 
Yeah I know, but I also found out the hard way....somtimes you just tick a box, or they use your personal info....best to end it as soon as it happens...

[Side Note] haha...yeah I see it now...but those things should be classified as spam//

I thought that please call me's only had the persons name if they were in your contacts? Otherwise it just says please call me + number + adverts.
 
Nope, its a standard Please Call Me... you can have it send your name, you register it somewhere... don't know where wth MTN... with Vodacom it was on Vodaco4me.
