I just wanted to get an indication of who out there is waiting for a line transfer (to the likes of MWeb, WebAfrica etc.) and how long you've been waiting? As we know the Telkom freezing period is in effect. Unfortunately what this means to the end-user is hidden behind cryptic statements about delays and longer processing times. (As if Telkom is ever NOT slow)
I'm currently waiting for a line transfer to WebAfrica (Titan Special) and have received no indication of when Telkom might actually get around to doing this. Placed the order on the 3rd - 17 days ago.
Has anyone's transfer happened? How long did you wait?
