Why am i getting config messages

I'm receiving configuration messages on my Note 5? Prepaid MTN SIM. Had it for years.

My phone is 2 years old and I haven't ever removed the SIM.

Shall I read the message and run the config or delete it?

Suspect it's part of the launch of VoLTE on Mtn. If you don't trust the link you've received, delete it, in app you can request the new MMS and Browser config
