Why are 2nd hand Ford Territories relatively cheap?

I had one. The consumption wasn't that awful for what it is, but eventually I was booking it into the workshop after every dive trip because something ****ed out on the beach.

So reliability wasn't too hot.

What spec did you have? This one was the TX "poverty spec" with cloth seats.

Mine was a ghia awd.
The engine was fine, it was suspension or mounts that were the issue.
