Nowadays, all businesses seem to go out of their way to make it pretty impossible to get hold of them. Direct contact details are almost impossible to find, if you do get a contact number you have to deal with a robot that pretty much never seems to know how to route your call, or just keeps you going around in a loop, without actually answering your question…. Or you are forced to deal with the equally annoying online chatbot on a website, that also never actually knows how to help.
This morning its my turn to fight with Discovery, but the annoying chatbot wont allow me to talk to a human being. It keeps telling me to log back in during business hours “07:00-17:00” Monday to Friday…. But its already 08:30….. When trying to explain this to the bot, it just keeps saying “sorry, I didnt get that, try using short and Specific questions”
How to your shorten or make “it is now 08:39 and well within your office hours, why can't you connect me to a consultant” any more specific.
Unfortunately I am in a telecon at the moment…. So calling them isn't an option.
