I am unable to even run a Speedtest on my Rain connection today........thats how pathetic the speeds are!

Luckily Vumatel is offering fibre in my area from next month so I have made my application with them.

BTW. I was given an apparently VIP email address at Rain to address my complaints. Sent through my issues over a week ago. Received the standard reply that it has been escalated to the network division for investigation and since then there has been no communication or feedback.

see I'm in the 5g coverage area. I was seriously considering taking it up but by the sheer amount of issues on this forum of people pulling their hair out I'm Not Bothering until further notice..
