Why cant I copy paste pictures from paint?

What on earth is happening lately.

I do loads of screen shots clean in paint and paste into the forum, but now I get some weird broken picture icon since last night.

Any reason why?

Best is to rather upload it. Otherwise it is just stuck in temp memory. Also if you do paste, give it chance to reflect as a thumbnail at bottom of post. If it does not show as a preview then it did not upload
