Why can't i get through to the helpdesk?

I been holding for 15 minutes, and last year i also tried to get through i was holding for a total time of 2 hours and then went to an mtn shop....

is this normal for MTN?

ok, i managed to get through.
Can't wait for my contact to end, MTN's service is shocking!

Nope this isn't normal. Ustually I wait a few seconds. Never had to wait longer then a minute...even during a week day!!!
