I hope this is in the right place - I'm wondering why MTN can't get this right after four years. My wife has been trying to get her cell phone into her name from her dad's name. The last thing we did was sign some documents at her upgrade and guess what? After nearly 2 months there has been no change. Furthermore, they debited her account for her insurance and charged her father an exorbitant amount. All I can say is that I'm glad I left MTN 6 years ago, and maybe this will convince my wife too. Tried calling the contact centre and the stupid idiot hung up the phone in my ear!!!
Maybe someone on here is at MTN and can help us?
