Why do hackers hack?

You get different kinds of hackers. You get those who try to make things better, remove limitations and explore new boundries and possibilities, but without the intent to cause damage and mostly for themselves.

Then you get those social outcast a-holes who can only find acceptance by creating "cheats" for other social outcast wannabe hacker script kiddies.
