Why do I have 7 unknown products on Telkom Dashboard?

As per thread title. Why was these products added?

Also, why is Telkom so absolutely useless?
When cancelling a "Pure DSL" product, I said it went for 5G since the installation took too long.
The lady said I must remember the health risks associated with 5G.... True story. I could not believe what I was hearing.

Telkom has great prices and what I have experienced, a steady network but there support and after care is absolutely terrible....

You're lucky you can get onto the online platform.. I can register my account but when I try login I get "we are unable to retrieve your information at this time" ... and as expected, the customer care call centre doesn't know how to help @TelkomZA any chance you can help?

I get different devices, and products on my Telkom app on my phone, depending on my location. Pick up one with 250 gig. That does not seem to use more than 5 gig. A month, could be nice to tap into the remainder ...
