I know everyone including the municipality really loves Debit Orders. But lets face it 2020 to 2022 showed us why debit orders and contracts are bad. Everyone gets a bad pay day, we can't predict the future and yet we are expected to do just that.
Sorry Rain I have to ask outright for thousands and thousands of people, why don't you offer a Prepaid Option on your 4G package. You don't have to borrow a router they are cheap enough to get and you will get more clients. Right now I am signed with Telkom and will be till February 2024.
I don't want another contract, in fact I don't think LTE-A and Fibre should offer contracts anymore. Give us true prepaid with no contractual obligations. Because lets face the facts there are no long term jobs anymore you can't expect us to sign up for long them contracts or even month to month when it takes 2 months to cancel the darn thing.
A lot of people have trouble canceling Rain and Telkom month to month when it was a thing. So what do you say?
