The question remains as above - when one needs to use the site in an emergency, it never works as it should. I left my phone at home today (yeah I know
) but these things happen and now I can't divert my phone to voicemail via the website.... It has happened before when trying to cancel bundles at the end of the month... always the message 'your current VAS request cannot be processed etc etc.' The old vodasurf site at least worked for these things.
