Why Does Mweb Download So Slowly

I used vox telecom before switching to mweb, The biggest mistake of my life because I have a 4 mig line but I download at 2kbps, dial up is faster, I was able to download at 400kbps with vox but now I am very disappointed with mweb :erm:

Because it's before ±22h00 - 00h00, after which the taps open until ±07h00.

2kbs still sound like schite service to me irrespective of isp & restrictions. So it's only good for browsing & email then.

Mweb Data is absolutely rubbish, but so far I've got no complaints with their VOIP

GazShell if I can ask, what type of downloads are you doing? Normal file downloads i.e. VideoDriver.exe Or are you torrenting?

Do yourself a favor and leave MWEB as soon as possible, they are the ISP equivalent of cancer.

Torrenting is fine after work hours in my experience. It is only during the day that it is throttled. Regular ftp downloads are fine all day around. I'm wondering if there is not something wrong with your line.
