This week I started using Teamviewer, I downloaded version 9. Everything worked fine, but yesterday I rebooted, and after that I saw my id has changed. I know that password change always, but why the id, and how can I stop that?

Also on 9 and never had that issue. Mine is setup for unattended remote access, so id changes will really screw with that. You sure you're accessing it with the same email adress ?

Hi, no, just a plain network setup at work, nothing fancy. I rebooted again now, then it didnt change again.

Im not experiencing this issue. mines setup for unattended access also

Have you setup an account and add the target machine to your list of connected PCs?
I did this morning, and tried to add my home pc with his id, and it just said teamviewer not running on pc (home pc), and I kn ow it is running. So maybe that changed too.

Normally the ID only changes when the motherboard changes. Much like Windows Activation.

We have some computers that constantly jump from ID to the next. Then randomly "use/get" the first ID again.

Happens on the same computers, while other ID's never change.
